The staff are very friendly. The cleaning staff are super friendly too, also bar staff are quick and efficient. The entertainment team are the best. They are a credit to this hotel. I say thank you for a great stay.
The hotel is very old. I didn't expect anything fancy. The bedrooms are tired and basic. The balcony glass made a lot of noise if the wind caught it.

the staff were really friendly. the rooms were always super clean with daily cleaning. the food had good variety at meal times, i found the dishes were cooked well.
the vent in the bathroom let me hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, what a situation!

the hotel has three pools, providing good space for all guests. the pool area featured ample loungers, so finding a spot was easy. i see also a pool bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.
